WHAT WE DO

— We Find & Fund
We help marginalized, gifted and talented youth have improved access to vocational, technical and arts and craft training services which would lead to self-employment opportunities for them.
We support, by way of sponsorship, the formal academic training of underprivileged youth.

— We Build Networks
We help our beneficiaries increase their skill-sets and prepare them to be employable in either the informal or formal sectors with the aim of making them economically self-dependent.

— We Strengthen
We promote positive attitudinal change, tolerance, confidence and a winning-mindset among marginalized, gifted and talented youth, especially the underprivileged girl child.

— We Educate
We serve as a bridge with entrepreneurs and company owners to provide mentorship opportunities for marginalized, gifted and talented youth who have demonstrated a passion and commitment to changing the narrative of their life stories.

— We Provide Care
We create an enabling environment for young talented and gifted persons to have frank and open dialogue about their frustrations, disillusionments and feelings of marginalization in all forms and ways.
06.
— We Protect
We seek legal and other forms of institutionalized protection for underprivileged youth, especially young female adolescents whose rights are abused.
